MAJOR COMPUTER AND INTERNET PROBLEMS!

This is to let you know that we are experiencing major problems with our computer systems. Camera chips are not transferring photos, so I can't get the pictures off the camera onto the computer, emails are spasmodically coming or going, internet is sometimes on and other times not, I can't even print anything even though I went out and bought a new printer...the Windows 7 computer won't install it! 

I know that everyone is eager for updated photos of their own puppy, and there isn't a thing I can do about it right now. I'm so sorry!  Just spent over $600 AU  getting "Premium Technical Support" from HP and so far little has been done other than a scan which wasn't complete after several hours and I had to cancel it. Then an email managed to come in saying 'Problem has been resolved' !!!  Tearing my hair out here and don't know what to try next!
