Each companion puppy is neutered or speyed BEFORE leaving us and homes are carefully screened before accepting an application for a puppy. When you have a Rutland Manor Labradoodle puppy you become a member of the world wide extended Rutland Manor Family, and one of my greatest delights in life is enjoying an ongoing relationship with my puppies' families. The lifelong commitment we share is something I treasure deeply.

We do not have a web form on our website for inquiries, because we prefer you to email us personally for our information packs and detailed "Getting to Know You" application forms, or to call us. We love to get to know you and your family and your background before discussing your puppy. This is a decision which needs to be made with care and understanding of your individual situation and one which will affect you and your family for many years to come. Rutland Manor breeds for the preservation of my unique ASD Australian Labradoodle breed and not to supply a 'puppy market'. Each dog and each puppy is an individual and precious creature deserving of loving attention one on one. We do not have a lot of dogs. We breed because it is our passion, not to churn out puppies.
From time to time throughout the year we need to close off puppy bookings to prevent our wait list from becoming too long. Notices are displayed on this page when bookings close or re-open.

We are often asked about other breeders.
Our policy is that if we can not say something good about someone it is better to say nothing at all and we will not make disparaging comments about other breeders in order to elevate ourselves. We have recently included a link to breeders whom we support. Click on the 'Breeders' link on this page. The list may be added to as time goes on.
We are also asked if we have our own in - house vet as some other breeders do. We do not, and will not, because we believe that it could raise a serious conflict of interest to have a vet in our own employ, and so we prefer to use the services of a completely independent veterinary clinic in the interests of integrity and impartiality.
