Cobberdog Puppies' Toy Swingabout

The puppies used to have a ball with this swingabout for their toys, and it's finally worn itself out. Trouble is I can't remember who made it for me! I'd love to have another one made. Any suggestions anyone? It's kind of like a Hills Hoist clothes line lol. Sorry about the poor quality of the video, I don't know to fix it :-(
