RUTLANDS CLEMENTINE (CLEMMIE) Went to Rainbows Bridge at 16 1/2 years of age 2017 and leaves a hole in my heart that can never be filled.

Clemmie was loved worldwide for her famous grin. She began smiling when she was a puppy of about six months of age. When I'd discover some mischief one of the dogs had been up to, I'd walk into the room saying..."Who did this?"
Clemmie would sit then, in front of me, showing her teeth in a grin. It looked so comical that I'd burst out laughing! In no time flat, she worked out that her grin would get her out of a lot of trouble, and before long, if I asked her to smile, she'd oblige with great enthusiasm.

Clementine, like most of my breeding dogs, has had her fair share of negative rumours circulated about her over time, and she rode the wave, remaining exquisitely healthy, and producing wonderful puppies. Ahhh well, there's a lot of nonsense out there on the internet. .
