What To Expect 2
The Nuts and Bolts
When we think your puppy has been born we'll email you with photos and description of nature and temperament. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THIS PUPPY. If the timing doesn't suit or for any other reason, your deposit will simply transfer onto a different puppy to your liking when available, or at more convenient timing.
When you have accepted a puppy you'll be invoiced for the deductible Acceptance progress payment of another $500 (+gst in Australia). Deposit and progress payments are deducted from the final balance of the purchase price. Transport is extra. Puppies must be fully paid for before they are microchipped at 7 weeks of age so that the appropriate paperwork can be done with you notarized as the owner. You'll be invoiced in time to accomplish this. Unpaid final invoices that prevent puppies' documentation or registration from being processed in time may result in the puppy being re-allocated to another family and you will revert to the waiting list, with any payments already made transferring to the next puppy. No payments will be refunded.
