'Baloo'
3 yr old -
4 yr old - and 5 yr old UPDATES FROM SWITZERLAND

Dear
Beverley
 We
celebrated Baloo's 3rd Birthday on June 10th 2006
(parents Huggie and Peaches). This is to tell you
how much we enjoy Baloo. He loves Switzerland (the
climate is much better for him than the Singaporean
tropics), walks in the forest, the snow etc. He has
matured to a very social, patient and well-mannered
dog who is also still very playful. Baloo is quickly
missed by our three boys if we have to leave him at
the grandparent's house (who enjoy having him for a
few days!) for holidays.
Please
find enclosed a picture - note the new leash in
support of the Swiss National Soccer team which is
doing great at the World Cup!
With all our best
wishes to you, Baloo's home! (we think you had a
lifelonglasting influence on Baloo, he loves mature
ladies (like my mother or Markus' mother)!

Just a short
message to let
you know that
Baloo is very
well and that we
enjoy his great
temperament. He
is 4 1/2 yrs.
now with the
past 4 years
having lived
here in
Switzerland.
 Last fall we
spent some great
hiking days in
the Swiss Alps.
The pictures
show Baloo with
the Great
Aletsch Glacier
and with his
"pack".

Dear

 I
cannot believe
that Baloo is 5
yrs. old
already! He
still loves to
play and is a
great family
companion. I
thought he was
ready for
something new,
so we took the
exam to become a
certified
"Prevent a bite"
team. We are now
qualified to
visit schools
and
kindergartens in
within an
education
program that
should help
reduce accidents
with children
and dogs. The
picture I am
including was
taken after the
exam. Baloo was
also briefly
mentioned (and
features on a
photo) for the
first time in
the Swiss HUNDE
magazine - so
maybe,
slowly..., this
breed is being
noticed in our
country.
You
are doing a
great job with
the Labradoodles

"Pi" Beloved
of Nina
Arrived
California December 2006

 Hello Rutland Manor,
It is Nina the psychologist from Monterey, CA,
writing to say 'THANK YOU' for the Muffgi/Rueben
baby that you and Beverley chose for me in December
2006. She is the love of my life and will
be six months old April 7, 2007.
 You
were on vacation at that time so I wanted to send
you an update. I named her 'Pi', as in full
circle, complete, continuous--Rutlands Circle Of
Life. Pi is funny, fun, always happy, loves
life, thrilled with her little body -- twirling,
leaping and running at every opportunity.
Pi has brought inspiration and change into my life
and in turn her life as well. The most
significant change being a move to a new home in
Carmel Valley, CA with more suitable space for both
of us to run and play together.

7,2006.
As you can see at six months she loves her
