WELCOME TO RUTLANDS AUSTRALIAN COBBERDOGS
"Until he extends the circle of his compassion to all living things, man will not himself find peace" ~Albert Schweitzer
The Australian Cobberdog is the rescued remnants of the authentic Australian Labradoodle bloodlines which were in danger of extinction due to careless breeding and record keeping of so many inexperienced breeders or those breeding for the wrong reasons. Passionately preserved in Australia by the founders of the authentic Australian Labradoodle, using carefully garnered, very precious Australian Labradoodle bloodlines, invigorated with diverse and expressly selected new blood, rich in the wonderful traits and characteristics which were once the reliable and consistent hallmarks of the Australian Labradoodle.

Our Wait Lists are now closed for 2015. Grateful thanks go to all the families who come back for their 2nd and 3rd puppy from us and for referring us to their friends. We treasure your ongoing friendship, and your loyalty. Wait Lists will open for 2016 puppies in June this year. Beverley
Why are we not members of the LAA or other (cross breed) Australian Labradoodles? Because we breed only (pure breed in development) Australian Cobberdogs!
Caution! The Australian Cobberdog is becoming keenly sought after across the world, and it has come to our attention that some breeders' websites are advertising their dogs as Cobberdogs when they are not. If they are not MDBA registered they are not genuine Cobberdogs. If they are Labradoodles, Australian Labradoodles or 'Doodles' they are not Australian Cobberdogs. For your assurance, ask for your chosen breeder's MDBA registered number.
"I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness or abilities that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now. Let me not defer it or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again." William Penn
